Marketing Representative-QQP

This position functions as the intermediary between the customer and production.  The marketing representative must oversee, coordinate, and direct the project from start to finish.  It is pertinent that all information is communicated effectively and efficiently. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers in person, be email and on the telephone.
• Sell and service existing and new accounts.
• Determine the end-use of the customer’s printed material and provide them with suitable marketing advice and printing solutions.
• Prepare and distribute formal price quotes.
• Thoroughly and accurately complete job tickets and start jobs through the production workflow.
• Communicate any necessary information to the appropriate department manager(s).
• Monitor job progress and stay in contact with the customer.
• Perform all duties necessary to open and close the front office as scheduled.
• Maintain adequate files and records for increased efficiency.
• Work to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers and help attract new customers.

Fulfillment Sales Executive

The fulfillment sales executive is responsible for soliciting the company’s products and services on national level to current and prospective customers.   This individual must have excellent telephone skills, professional sales abilities, a high-level understanding of business and marketing and a good working knowledge of print and cross-media as sources of effective marketing and communication.  Client development from both cold and existing prospects is a critical part of the job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Effectively procure and organize viable sales leads and manage the sales process so that the company is a top candidate for current and future business.
• Work with management and the estimators to develop an effective selling and pricing strategy as well as recommendations to the customer for alternative solutions that could enhance the product’s results or save money.

• Supply company marketing materials, professional sales letters and job samples to current and prospective customers and communicate the benefits of our products and services.
• Establish credit terms and prepare sales contracts for each job sold.

Copy Center Specialist

This position functions as the customer service representative at the QQP location.  This is a front-line position within the company handling numerous customers on a daily basis.  This position coordinates all aspects of office supply sales, self and full service copies, and all other services provided.  The role also includes working with others in the company to provide the highest level of customer service.
