Keep stuffed or zipped archives under 50MB each for faster, more efficient file transfers. Create multiple archives if necessary. To log in, click on the "Go to FTP Upload Page" button above. |

You will next be presented with a login screen. At this point, proceed to enter your User Name and Password. If you do not have one, call your customer service representative and they will provide you with one. |

After successful login, detailed information on downloading, uploading and managing files is available by clicking on the "Download Help" button, then the "Detailed Help" link. |

Click on the "Upload File(s)" button to begin. You can choose up to 10 files to upload at one time. Please add any notes you would like forwarded along with your uploaded file(s) in the Comments box. Once your files have been chosen, click the "Begin Upload" button. |

The file transfer may take some time depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of your file(s). Uploading files of smaller size (less than 50MB) will allow for more efficient file transfers. |

When you are finished with your FTP session, you may logout by selecting the "Logout" button. |
