• Review and approve documents, reduce and eliminate development cycles, and saves time and money
• Access projects, documents and information over the internet to improve communication and collaboration
• Use online view, markup and approval tools to accelerate time to market and reduce proofing cycles
• View projects and documents from work, home, or an Internet cafe halfway around the world

Apogee

As promised, Midstates, Inc. has upgraded to Apogee, our new on-line (soft) proofing system. You will benefit from this investment with increased efficiencies, automation, and ease of use. Please process your current order via the Apogee portal. Attached are the few simple things you need to know to transition to this new system of online proofing.

Things you should know:

• Your login ID and Password will remain the same.
• Use the “STREAMPROOF” view for best results.

Proofing:

• An automatic email will notify your Midstates CSR for any page you reject.
• Be sure to “remark” on each page rejected.

Approving:

• All individuals from your company will be eligible to approve – but only one approval is needed/accepted.
• An automatic email will notify your Midstates CSR when one of your users approves the project.
• All pages must be approved prior to job being plated for press.
